From Past Trainees

“Before the training, I understood the theory but struggled to produce professional drawings. After the programme, I could independently prepare clear electrical layouts, schematics, and project documentation.”Mr.Okoth, Graduate Engineer
“The training improved both the speed and accuracy of my design work. I now organise drawings more consistently, apply standards correctly, and present projects more professionally to clients.”Eng.Marangu, Electrical Engineer
"“The programme gave our technical team a more consistent approach to drafting and design documentation. We saw noticeable improvements in drawing quality, coordination, and turnaround time.”Mr Mararia, Contractor

Our Approach

Why We Teach This Way

Most engineering training in Kenya teaches software menus and ends with an exam. The profession doesn’t work that way. On a real project, you learn by sitting next to someone who has done it before — drawing what they draw, checking what they check, and being corrected before the mistake reaches site.

The Practitioner Model

That apprenticeship is what we’ve rebuilt. Every cohort works on genuine project drawings under a practicing consultant engineer. There are no exams; there is a portfolio of real work you can put in front of an employer or a client. You finish not with a score, but with proof.

It’s slower than a crash course and harder than a video series — and it’s how every good engineer you know actually learned.
